Supported Features

The Okta/Demio SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the Demio Support team (support@demio.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Include the Metadata URL located on the Sign On tab > Sign on methods > SAML 2.0 -> Metadata details with your request.

3. Demio Support will process your request and reply with a confirmation email that includes the Connection ID that you need to use during the application setup.

4. When everything is ready, you can start assigning people to the application.

Notes

• The following SAML attributes are supported:

  Name	Value
  email	user.email
  firstName	user.firstName
  lastName	user.lastName

• Since only SP-initiated flow is supported, we recommend hiding the application icon for users. This can be done on the General tab of your Okta Demio administration page.

SP-initiated SSO

1. Go to https://my.demio.com/sso/login

2. Then enter your organization-associated email into the form and click Continue.
